Actually when I chose my major, I wasn't ready to select that. I didn't know what I want to be exactly. So I searched internet to get the information of the kinds of jobs. After that I thought whether I want to do that work and erased some majors which I did't want to do at all in my list. I wasn't interested in the law, public administration, computer, or teaching. The way how I chose my major was not smart. However, now I like my Major and I think it fits me.
If I go to the university, my mayjor will be pedagogy and eucational administration. My purpose is to be a teacher. I want it for a long time, and it is not changed.
When I was child, I really wanted to be an entertainer, but I couldn’t. The reason was my parents had strong objection to my thought. I had had hard time. After that, I entered university, and I chose major what I didn’t think about. I studied that major for 2years. Then I went to military service. Two and a half years, I thought a lot of things in the air force. I really concerned about what I’m going to do in the future. After the military service, I asked to my father what shall I do. Then he told me come to school and learns about video engineering because my father’s job is video engineering professor. That’s the reason why I chose and change my major. After graduate college, I got into TV station. This job had connection with my major. I had really great time at TV station, so I didn’t regret about my major what I chose.
I don't have my major now. I have started my life in America. I will go to university. I will chose my major. I don't know what is my major. IF I can say my major that it is stuednt now. I have to study more now,and I make my self.Then I never give up to study.
Indeed, before i hadn't known which major i liked until i studied grade 12. i started being interested in biology and applications of biology in life. They really lured me. At that time, i knew what i wanted. And now that is my goal what i want to arm at. I want to be a good biologist. I want to research about applications of biology which is useful in life. Now the most important thing, how i do in order to achieve my purpose.
When I was 7 years old,I began to learn how to painting. Because I'm pretty fond of painting and enjoying it very much. Although some of my friends learnt ballet or musical instruments. But my parents knew what was my hobby, then they took me to painting class, I really appreciated that.
After that,painting was become my major gradually when I went to my university. My university is China Textile University,there are several different majors about design. Because fashion design is one of the best major in my university, so I chose it for my major.
I guess choose what kinds of major it's depend on what you like or what you want to be in your future. I was lucky that there's depertment of arts in my university. I try my best not to give my hobby up in my life.
When I was in high school, I liked drawing very much. That’s why my family and my friends suggest me choosing graphic design. I thought too much about this suggestion because at that time, I liked both art and travel-tourism administration. Finally, I took step by step to choose my major. At first, I checked my ability between these two majors. At the same time, I asked my teachers and classmates about the minimum grade which I had to take for applying. Then, I read newspapers to catch up with the number of students who had had applied to my future school because it’s difficult to defeat many students to enter a school. Later on, I searched for more information on the Internet about which one was the hottest job in my country. After considering all of these things, I decided to become a graphic designer. Choosing something carefully is the best way to avoid mistake and also is the fastest way to achieve your aims.
When I was high school student, my favorit subject were biology and chemistry class. It is really funny and interesting. And I got good score. I liked economics class but it was not good. So, I was in agony between these, I asked my teacher, my friends,my parents. Especially my parents said they were support to me what I choose. Fanally I choose chemical enggineering, because it is easy to take a job. I like my major, sometime it is really bothering me, because it is not easier than I think. Anyway I think it is right choice.
My major is inspired from my uncle who is an successful engineer. I admire his knowledge and behaviour. I wished I would be an engineer like him. Beside, I was very good at math and physic. So, I chose engineering is my major-civil engineering-when I studied in a university. There were a few girls studying in engineering among hundreds boys in my school at that time. However, I showed interests in the major and finished it easily. Although engineering is a pretty tough major, I was more interested as I worked. I feel satisfied with my major and never give up.
When I was junior high school, I chose fashion design my major. However, I got bad score, there were not fashion design in my junior high schhol. My brother recommend me choosing computer information. I did not know what this is. I just learned every thing in junior high schhol. Then I love it until I was university student.
When I was a high school student, I really wanted to study computer science. However, the university that I applied didn’t send me an admission letter because of my poor credits. After all, I majored in Physics. Although my major was Physics, I decided to be a computer programmer. At first, I studied some computer languages - C, COBOL, FOTRAN, etc. – throughout the school years. After graduating the university, I learned more computer technology at an institute for 6 months. Finally, I got a job as a computer programmer. If people know what they want to do and they prepare knowledge for a job step by step, they will get a job that they want.
Major or profession is important in my whole life. Therefore, I choose my major with whether it is interesting to me or not. In addition, people should think about what is my personality or advantage. Also, I think experience is important to start finding people’s major, because if people don’t experience anything, they can’t think and interest anything. Therefore, a diversity of experience is first step of this process. Especially, my source of interesting is teacher’s lesson and book. When I was high school student, my teacher who taught me science gives about wonders of physics. I think this period was first time when I interested in this terrific study. Also, any other teacher who is interesting to me makes me concern any other study. Book and some media is very significant thing to have interest, too. Sometimes I read book not only science but also anthropology or others.
Now, I want to major in Physics, although I don’t enter the university now. Physics is very hard study to everybody with me, and it is necessary to study math harder than other studies, but I got poor grade of math and physics in my university test. However, now I don’t give up this difficult learning because I like this. Although I’m very young to experience what is good or right for me, I think people should do their favorite things. Although I don’t do well, what I want to do is final step to decide major and the most important thing.
Since my childhood I like the numeral very much, and I can spend long time always on the mathematics. I did not like to remember any subject of boring flavor, for example, geography and histor, so, I chose my major of university, statistic. I hope my work concerning creativity marketing, and I can get the approbation on my job.
As you know, my major is elementary education, and I am studying hard to be a elementary school teacher, and there's one big step how it started. It was really hard to choose my goal when I was young. At that time, I was really interested in everything. I wanted to be a pilot, an announcer, a doctor, an artist and so forth. However, when I was senior, My best friend helped me to choose one thing which is a teacher. She recommended me to be a teacher. After that, I studied hard and finally entered an educational university. If there wasn't my friend's advice, I hadn't chosen my major and I would be somewhere where is not suitable for me. Maybe there are some steps to choose someone's major, in my case, advice of people that I know was great clue to choose my major.
My major is business management. when I was child, my dad always told me that It's important to make a company, so I choose this major. But sometimes, I'm worried about my major because the business is the biggest market in my country and other countries.Actually, I don't know What should I do.That is why I came here to find some item and think about my future.Now, I still thinking about my goal, but I will never give up and find a great job what I want to do. I think that my major isn't easy, but I will try my best and get it.
When I was studying in the college before I came to USA, my major was Management Information System, but I really don't interested in it. After I talked to some teachers, they suggested me to study something about arts. So I choose graphic design to become my major.
I chose major which I like. I don't have any major right now, but I want to study computer science. I like computer. My family, they dont care what I chose. Just I like. So they support me to study computer.
